Please return the products unopened, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
