3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted.

The purchase contract is concluded only upon our express acceptance of your order or upon dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

We deliver within Germany.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €59 or more.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

If an item is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.

5. Payment

Depending on the selected payment method, your account will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for claims arising from damage caused by us in cases of:

• Injury to life, body or health
• Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz)

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Applicable Law

German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
